PAYING ATTENTION TO THE PROCESS in order to achieve a goal brings a lot of learnings, especially if you don't focus only on the results. PAYING ATTENTION TO EVERY STEP of the JOURNEY TOWARDS PURPOSE brings many teachings – and therein lies the beauty of this process. In this “EDU'S TALKS”, I talk about the IMPORTANCE OF RESILIENCE to deal with challenges, often unexpected.

The starting point is a SPECIFIC CASE: the interruption of a very desired work at Quinta do Ypê Amarelo, the Ubuntu Experiences Center, A CHILD 'S DREAM THAT IS HAPPENING ON MY ranch, located in the interior of the State of São Paulo.

For three weeks now, the team responsible for the work don't show up there. I've been living TENSE DAYS, not understanding what's going on. But, BECAUSE I BELIEVE in MY PURPOSE and in KAIROS – the time of things - I know that A SOLUTION IS ON THE WAY.
